Loosing money when someone has opened the pot

I ran a facing preflop action report on pt4 and found out that almost all of my losses come from pots where someone else has opened the pot. I found that my cbet/cbetsuc ratio is bad here and I'm cbetting too much, but that can't be all. What else might I be doing wrong here and what stats should I look at?

I might be confused but how is it possible to be cbetting in a pot that we didn't open? Are you referring to 3b pots where you are the 3 bettor? In a single raised pot, we would either be donk betting (OOP) or stabbing/probing (IP) if we don't have the preflop lead. Can you post a few hand examples so we can take a look?

I'm not sure, cbet is just the stat I was looking a in pt4t, I'm yet to look at hand examples, but I'll post some when I get to it.

If you’re c-betting in a spot where someone else has opened it means you 3bet.

You can be losing money in single raised pots as the caller preflop because if you’re playing low stakes and playing preflop correctly, most of those hands are going to be you defending your BB, in which you start the hand -1BB

Get the filters worked out though. Gotta make sure the data is correct.

You could possibly be cold calling preflop too much as well. Some fishy guys opens on 30bb stack and you start just calling with kj, 22, qj etc and the rake is gonna kill you.

You are probably defending by calling too wide with hands that should be folded such has low pocket pairs, or calling too wide by hands that should be 3bet, like AQs/AJs. The meat of your calling range (outside of blinds) is going to be AQo, JJ-88 for a tight range. If you are going wider than this you will be leaking money as the caller in SRP.

I've been playing with filters all night and I found almost all of those losses coming from 2 places. Calling steals (I'll let this slide since it's the blinds) and calling 3 bets that are not all ins. Looking at individual hands it seems that I'm defending low pocket pairs way too often by calling 3bets that I could never get enough implied odds for. Thanks to everyone for chipping in!
