V is loose weak limpy typical of small-med buy-in live tourneys. Sorry about poor formatting not aware if there are any rules on this site regarding that (first HH post on here)

As played I would snap-call turn.
I don't particularly like the flop lead. I don't think it's bad I just think it's going to make things harder on later streets. I also don't believe that having a leading range in this spot 4way goes well with my overall game plan so I don't do it.
On the turn I would x/c or x/r (x/c probably better) but continuing to bet is also fine after you led the flop. As long as you're not planning to bet-fold trips this without some kind of soul-read.
Your range here is basically 9x and 87 I assume?
