Live Game:600 bb deep w/ bottom set on a strtning board.
10/20 super deep(Avg stacks 400bb..fish has 650bb,I cover him)
Fish is random,spazzy..mostly overlimps entire range if it is a limped pot...but 3-bets very wide if someone has raised.I have seen him overlimping very wide as well as strong hands such as AQ,KQ,JTss(some hands on showdown).Villain is playing 75% of the hands.
FIsh also likes to barrel a lot.if he has taken the lead.
i limp mp w/ 4d4c
fish limps..btn makes it 100$ .SB & BB call.Me & fish also calls.
5 way to the flop (500$)
Flop : 8c4s5c
Sb(tight reg) donk leads for 400$..BB folds.. I flat ..Fish makes it 1900 $
Everyone folds..action on me..
ACTION ?? & THT PROCESS??

I've never played above 5/10, but do you think this kind of fish would ever bluff raise on this flop spot? I'd fold 44, because without a very strong read on his range, I think we are bound to make big mistakes if we call flop (either folding too much later in the hand if he's spazzing, or calling too much). You do say he's spazzy, but it doesn't seem to be a good spazz situation in my experience.
55 would be tought man. 88 I'd call and see what develops. As the hand progresses we should be able to get better reads on his hand.
with your read given that he is a fish, I recommend opening 44 preflop and getting 3bet (given your read) and playing a pot oop with a hand that can occasionally flop sets and win big pots! Plus fish is 600bb deep effective and its live poker where the goal should be to win a big pot, so lets start building the pot and not limp!
Anytime you are starting your posts saying you open limped, I think you should evaluate it closely, reserve that move for maaybe UTG/UTG+1 and not open limp from any other positions. Why give the blinds a free chance at equity? This comes back to NL at it roots.
I personally don't mind limping in any spot if a super LAGGY fish is on my left. You don't need to worry too much about having a balanced limping strategy if the game is revolving round this one guy, you're simply just adjusting to avoid bloated pots. But depending on how big he's 3-betting I do probably prefer raising pre here. As played I think it's probably just a call to re-evaluate later. There's no reason to raise, and I think our hand is too good to fold right now.. although some more info on the sort of stuff he's shown down in big pots would be good. 5's I'd probably play the same, but would be slightly less inclined to fold on later streets. 8's is close I think; Getting it in is probably fine, but if the fish likes to barrel as you said, then maybe just flat and see how the turn plays still.
fish like to spazz and barell with the lead.... spazzy fish raises u have a set and dont know what to do ?
Calling the flop and evaluating from there.
Given your read, he doesn't raise 76s, or 66/88. Most likely has a FD or an overpair that he wants to raise-fold.
As long as the game doesn't punish you for it, you can make exploitable limps. Live games are super loosse, so you're burning money by playing this hand OOP multiway.
