Live $5/$10 NL: JJ Facing 4b $3300 Deep

$3300 eff. My image is young TAG grinder, "nitty". I've shown up only with the goods in the last 2-3 hours... AA, set, AQ TPTK. I'm the "always has it dude".. to the point of being teased about it. My ranges are strong and they know it. I also suspect that they think I'm bluffable especially deep. They know I'm best at 100BB stacks and less used to deep stack game than they are and may use that as an opportunity to take advantage of me (bluff).

V is probably the closest I've ever seen to a "good LAG". He always plays super deep (like $5K+). A thinking, generally good player. He has his weaknesses such as calling off postflop too much, cbetting 90%+ (although people let him get away with it so why not). He's a young grinder, hardcore reg, plays every day and rapes whales. Keen not to pay me off due to my "nit" image. Opens very wide in LP (much wider than TAGs) which is I guess why I call him a LAG. He's aware of WAWB and won't cbet KK in a 3b or 4b pot on A-high flop, for example. I'll say this again, he has his weaknesses but he's no idiot and actually quite good of a player. Honestly, I'm scared of playing a 4b pot with him so deep.

V opens to $30 in MP2, I 3b to $120, folds to V who makes it $320. I've played 2-3 sessions with him before and this is the first time he's 4bet me. He's always folded to my 3bs before respecting my strong 3b range and... I usually had $2000 or less (usually much less) so I'm sure that was a factor. I estimate his range to be AQ+, JJ+ and some bluffs. I've 3-bet a lot during this session (2-3 hours), 4-5 times, with most of them being respected preflop and maybe 1 taken down with a cbet.

Do we flat and why? If we flat what's our general plan for postflop?

I really think you are over-emphasizing "bluffable in big pots" here. Good LAGs would know you are tight. Good LAGs don't 4bet nits without premium hands.

Call, stacks are deep enough to cal and try and hit a set. If you do flop a set I guess c/r flop big? Esp on a two tone board. If c/f any A high or K high flops, might call once on dry Q high board, prob c/c with overpair on flop once, hope turn checks through.

If he hasn't 4-bet you yet I think we can just fold. I would guess he is capable of 4-betting light at some point, but until we see it somewhere else I would assume he has it here.

Call pre with this stack depth and play pretty fit or fold until you have more information on how he constructs his 4b range around you.

Fold is fine. He wouldn't 3bet bluff much with his 4betting range considering your tight image. Even if you flop a set you are not likely be going to get paid much because of your tight image and him being a good player.
