3 handed feeder game into the main....i have 1800 villain has about 2k. shes an asian lady fairly young, prty strong player 

button raises30 , sb flats, im in bb w q10ss. i make it 120. (seems std)

flop: j94 one spade- i bet 160 villain calls pretty  quickly

turn- red 9 - so this seems like the worst card in the deck. not rly sure how i need to approach this turn. i planned on barreling on lots of run outs but felt like this was one i dont/cant bet with..thoughts?
