$1000 eff. SB opens $15, I 3b to $60 in BB with K♦ 2♦ V flats.

What should be our plan postflop?

Honestly, I don't assess DatpKay's comment as "useless" (or even rude) as you might consider it. Actually your initial post is quite "difficult" to be given any useful answer.
I mean, asking "what should be our plan postflop" indicates that you somehow stumbled into that situation by chance - and now are forced to deal with it. But that (hopefully) was not the case - otherwise it meant that you just randomly "clicked buttons" (a nice analogy in a live game :D) and 3-bet bluffed w/o thinking about your options.
So, w/o any additional information on what your reasons were for 3-betting, what range you estimated him to open with, to fold against your 3-bet, to defend, to continue against a cbet, 2nd-barrel, 3rd barrel etc. - nobody will be able to give you ANY meaningful advice.

So when you take a certain action preflop you already have your river action planned out? No? Then you're clicking buttons, right? This is nonsense.
And I completely disagree that no useful answer can be provided given the information I provided.
