Live ¥1/¥2 RMB AK top two pair on flush and straight board

Live game, stakes ¥1/¥2 RMB (about .10/.20)

Effective Stacks
Hero:(UTG)¥1250
Villain:(UTG+1) ¥500
Preflop
Hero: AcKs bet ¥11
Villain: calls
Flop
Flop: Ah,Kh,7d
Hero: bets ¥22, villain calls.
Turn
Turn: Qs
Hero: bets ¥22, villain calls
River
River: Jh
Hero: checks, villain bets ¥100
Total pot ¥227
Hero: Calls ¥100, villain shows 8h3h win with flush

My two plays I would like critiqued are the turn bet of 22 RMB and the river call.

Villain is a 30 something Australian player who bluffs with a very high frequency, and was stuck around ¥1000 RMB at the time of this hand.

Do you think my small turn bet was a big mistake, small mistake, or non-mistake, and was my call reasonable despite the turn where all the straights and flushes got there?

Sorry I can't post a real hand history, as none of the sites I play at support HM2 or PT4 so I don't have either of those programs.
