About 250bbs deep in the BB with QTo

Fish UTG raises to 8, flat flat, SB tanks for a while and counts out a 3 bet but eventually overcalls.
Flop 867ssh and checks through, turn is Qh and SB leads 3/4 pot, I call and UTG overcalls, everyone else folds.
River is an offsuit Jack, SB bets £60 into £120 pot, I shove for 200ish. UTG tank folded QJ, but SB snap called AQ.

Is this a good bluff? In retrospect folding turn is a serious option with so many players behind. My thinking is that by shoving I push the UTG player off bigger Qx and weak 2 pair and I really felt that SB was capped at AQ from his tightish image preflop and he wouldn't be able to call any 1 pair hand.

Any thoughts on my play?
