Live 10-20nl

10-20 nl I have a fairly laggy image. Villain in hand played online with me years ago and probably remembers me being spewy. He's very solid/ tight hasn't really flatted pre or opened a hand in 2 hours. He's not as tight as he's been playing. Villain ~ 3k I cover.

Folds to me in LJ open to 80 with 10d10h

Villain flats in CO

Bb calls

Flop Qd10s6d ($250)

Bb check i bet 180 villain calls bb folds.

Turn 6 ($610)

1st question what is your sizing here on the turn and if someone would choose to check why?

Lets assume we bet X dollars and villain calls

River 3d

If you elect to bet What would your sizing be.

In the hand I bet 520 in 610. I bet bigger because I think most of his range is good Q's/ some diamond/straight draw combo hands that aren't folding to 380 as opposed to betting 520. On the river I was a little upside down on what to do. He's betting his flushes. Checking back his Q hands (doubt he turns them into bluffs but off chance he does) he may call some % of the time with a Q but I'm not sure and he calls everytime with a flush. I wouldn't bluff this river much. So from a balancing perspective this would strengthen my range when I check. But I think in missing value by not betting. Any comments are appreciated. Please be critical onmy thought process.. I haven't played much nl and I'm a bit rusty.
