Akward hand from todays hangover session. Unknown villain. I check/call flop with my draws which have some showdown value, so I chose to c-bet this hand to get him fold his A-highs. I feel that I made big mistake on turn. I chose this betsizing so I could jam most rivers and get him to fold some of his 1. pair hands+nutflushdraws. But I think x/r or bigger sizing would probably be better, but I dont really know which kind of value hands should I choose in my turn x/r range on this wet board or generally what the fuck I am doing......

As I can see you are just embarrased with the results, villain probably had AQ and you think if he could have folded it OTT to a bigger sizing.

I think you played the hand just fine. You happened to river top pair, you jam, villain sometimes call you w JJ-TT, 9x, 88 or other bluffcatcher.

Also I think it is a nice board to x-jam turn, because a lot of OCs will stab/fold OTT (at least non-A-high OCs stab).

But there is nothing wrong with betting 3-streets here.

Well played.

I like going bigger otf here for sure. I could consider a c/r otf here as you'll be giving up with a lot of ak hands on this texture so i like going for flop c/r and rip the turn here. Esp v folks w a hi agg %(That's what I'll do a decent amount) you can balance this by taking same line w a few overpair kombos

Ok, this is my standard flop c-bet sizing oop to this kind of drawy boards. I want to let some room to villain to make something stupid and also want to keep it cheap when I have bottom of my range. I like idea of having c/r range.

Definitely much bigger on the flop, as villain will have way more opportunities to bluff on subsequent streets.on this wet flop we'd want to charge villain more for the turn opportunity. Turn is also a great place to c/r as villain is very heavy on draws OTT with that second flush draw.
