Line check Co vs Button 4bet pot

Blinds: $0.50/$1.00 (6 Players) BB: $217.86
UTG: $232.78
MP: $100.00
CO: $196.50 (Hero)
BN: $128.81
SB: $132.62
Villain is a Ipoker reg who 3bets 11% on this spot and folds 4bet 56% according my hud, but I think he will fold a bit less because we are 130bb deep. His fold to c-bet in 3bet+ pots stat is 50%.
Preflop ($1.50) Hero is CO with K A
2 folds, Hero raises to $2.50, BN raises to $7.00, 2 folds, Hero raises to $20.00, BN calls $13.00
Flop ($41.50) 5 J J
Hero bets $15.00, BN calls $15.00
Turn ($71.50) 5 J J 4
Hero checks, BN checks
River ($71.50) 5 J J 4 3
Hero checks, BN checks
Final Pot CO wins $34.25 BN wins $34.25
Rake is $3.00

I was little bit confused on this hand, like I usually are when I play this game. Is it ok to bet whole range here on the flop? I have range advantage and I dont think that neither of us do have too many jacks in our range. If we choose this strategy what would be best thing to do on turn. Stack sizes are akward cause villain has 93bbs left and pot is 71bbs. Should I turn this hand to bluff or try to showdown it. If I wanna showdown it I need some combos to balance my check range on turn. So how about check/call turn with AK, AA, check fold random spazz with no equity and keep barreling the rest of the range?
