10% raise flop cbet

I'm not sure about my flop 3bet.
I have a hand that doesn't mind stacking off and by 3betting I can push a qj, 78 or tx hand out of the pot and deny them equity.
However stacks are deep and it might be better to call and keep spr as low as possible as I have draw and small sdv.

Turn shove is not great I think.
Villain has very strong range. although he doesn't have kj, either do i really except kj of spades.
I think I have low fold equity and no showdown value.
I was trying to fold out better spades, tx and potentially 2pr although I don't think that is likely.

What do ye think of
a)flop 3bet?
b)turn shove?
