i don't like CCing flop here, personally i don't mind CBing and barreling the turn here, or just chkfolding flop. If i had some better backdoors and they always bet when chkd to i don't mind a CR. But by chkcalling flop its gonna be too hard vs someone agro to get to SD enough to make it +EV.

As played i think the turn lead is pretty bad since he can have all 2 pairs / straights in his range, how to you continue if you get raised here? Shuving over a raise seems seems pretty bad since we can be so crushed pretty often. River seems like happy times for you :)

Maybe your looking at other hand,on turn you didn't had top pair, you had a straight draw. You should cbet the flop or check fold, because you don't have enough equity to call, you only have something like 25% to get pair and you don't know if your T is good,so you have invers implied odds if you get a T.On the turn you should just check/call you have good equity now and good implied odds if you hit.On the river when you hit I like to lead, but I would lead a bigger amount.

maco he was reffering to his previous plays with that opponent.
even if opponent is LAG you do want to have a hand that will win against him, and this particular one you cant win even ace high as it looks like on flop, outting backdoor str8 or king is low chance, and thus everyone suggested its better that you try to check and fold to a raise or try to bluff checkraise on very flop to try take a hand down that has little odds to win showdown
as you picked up very good odds on turn you dont want to checkraise there because against better player you will be reraised to allin and you wouldnt have profitable call there, and in case you didnt out on the river you were just making pot for your opponent :)
even if someone is LAG , even more of so, you NEED a hand against him to win money, not lose for example versus his A high here or pair of 3;s

I think on the flop you should either cbet or x/r as a bluff or x/f, x/c flop is like john said pretty hard to play against aggro opponents. On the turn the donk is not good as well, you just picked up equity and a x/c would be more advisable, since villian min-raised we probably have enough equity to call, but what if he jammed on you? your forced to fold a hand that you could have just x/called with and be happy to fold if you missed the river. But it does suck if you hit, because unless you donk the river you potentially lose value by having it going c/c. Which is a reason why initiative and position is important. Left cliff notes on my abbreviations in case you can't understand :) gluck.

x/c- to check then call when villain bets
x/r- to check and raise a villains bet
donk- to take the lead by betting when opponent has the initiative
