Calling here might be kind of spewy but the co had a high 3bet range and the button is very loose(44/42), and obviously getting a good price. However is it okay to fold here vs strong players/tight players even with good odds?
Also if i had AK suited here is calling okay?

At the time i thought calling here is quite standard but seeing as im OOP, is raising here better? It would be hard for me to get paid if i hit my hand if a spade comes being OOP also what would ppl do in this spot if they had something like 98 spades? I know some people say they wont have a raising range on this board texture however it might be hard to maneuver OOP.

Check raising here is probably too strong? I would probably take this line with some bluffs like A10 with ace of spades or AK with ace of spades, or KJ with a spade but having said that, idk if i would have called A10 suited or KJ preflop and AK suited i think i mightve got that in pre?
I didnt want a bad card to hit on the river(A,J,K, any spade) so maybe this might be the best line? And i think if villain had AA with a spade he would rip it here, i guess KK would be in a tough spot, any set would have to call i would believe...

I would appreciate any feedback! thank you :)

I would jam as raising small here looks prettysuspicous, raise wise you wanna consider calling and hoping villain finds a bet OTR or x/raise flop to Gii is also viable.
Do you think calling turn is okay though given there are alot of cards that could slow the action ? I think any broadway card he doesnt hit a set or 2 pair with , a spade or a 8 or 9 will give him a decent chance to get away. that being said i was also worried he was just airballing with AK and check raising turn in general is too strong, just my thoughts but i really had no idea at the time what i was suppose to do with this hand.
thanks for your feedback! :)
i think callnig turn could be fine since the board is not paired, which means you are unlikey get out rivered, and if he hit his set at river, ie set Aces or set Kings he is cerntainly going to paid you.
Ahh i see. Thanks for you feedback!
I like calling the turn you say his range is wide so his value range is not great so we want to keep bluffs in, I think xc, xc has to be best against a wide range
I like the call pfr for pot odds because is not like we're miles ahead of their ranges but we got some nut potential, I would probably re-raise with AK
Ah i see. Thank you for your feedback! :)
you and CO are Sooooo deep (250+ BB), this almost assures that his range is likely going to be a bit wider. You are right that a spade river is not a great card, but I think and A K or J could be a great card for you. He pots flop (bluffy, KJ J9 AK, all betting with outs) and against his value range (sets, 2 pair) you have good equity. His range likely becomes weaker on the turn and that is reflected in his bet sizing. I think you have to call turn and give him a chance to see river. There are many cards that could improve him to 2 pr, straight, set. where he will pay off on the river.
Ahh I see. I was worried broadway cards were gonna be bad but I see what you're saying and i agree. Thanks for your feedback!
yeah give the man a chance the man wants to give you his money
