KQo flopping TP facing 3bet shove on flop

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) MP: $13.37
CO: $15.33
BN: $10.46
SB: $15.19 (Hero)
BB: $10.65
UTG: $10.04
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is SB with Q K
2 folds, CO calls $0.10, BN folds, Hero raises to $0.50, BB calls $0.40, CO calls $0.40
Standard isolation I would think. CO has around 45VPIP after 40ish hands and 19PFR.
Flop ($1.50) K 3 8
Hero bets $0.72, BB calls $0.72, CO raises to $14.83 and is all in, Hero calls $13.97 and is all in, BB folds
Happy to lead out here vs 2 players with TPGK. What do you make of this shove? Are we calling or folding?
Turn ($31.74) K 3 8 T
River ($31.74) K 3 8 T 7
Final Pot CO wins and shows two pair, Kings and Tens.
SB lost and shows a pair of Kings.
CO wins $30.18
Rake is $1.42
As you can see, I lost the pot after an unfortunate turn. I don't feel his flop shove represents much. If he's holding a monster, I don't think the shove over a Cbet and a call makes too much sense, and I think we have the best hand a lot of the time. Thoughts?

Thank you for your time.
