Bit weird sizing choice, I can put you only on TT and flushes for value. This is best bluff(alongside some KcQx, if want to go really deep than Kc is far better blocker because K9cc suppose to be call/4B pre in his shoes and Q9cc is pure fold so Kc = blocks more flushes) you can possible have, if not bluffing this one I imagine can say - this spot is massively overcalled by population and therefore I will give up my best bluffing combos and throw it into his face (if he is smart he will quickly notes that bluffcathing you in big spots might be terrible idea, because at least you not overbluff)

Being CO there I would actually fold everything worse than set+ (obviously gotta know who you are playing against)

you can justify turn bet with picking up equity but river bet is suicide imo

Personally, I like the 3 barrels and all the betsizes. I think this is fine - but it really depends on your frequency of following through for a 3 barrel bluff. This is a good hand to do it with. However, we need to find balance vs. our XXcc or AA/TT. I would even put AK in your value range.

If we 3barrel bluff all KcQx, KcJx and KxQc, we're going to be bluffing 9 combos. (Keep the KxJc out)
If we bet 3 streets with KQ/KJ/QJ/J9/89/78cc, AA and TT, that's 12 value combos. If we include AK it doubles to 24 value combos. In almost all cases we're looking for a call from AQ/AJ, maybe AT if we're holding XXcc.

This is just part of the long term cycle of the online game. Rinse and repeat these spots and you get calls and folds out of this particular bluffing hand. I would imagine you're not making too much, if not losing slightly on this play. However, over tens/hundreds of thousands of hands vs other regs when your frequencies start to play out, those XXcc, TT and AK get paid more often as you employ your strategy over time.
