KQ drawy board fold river

SB: $11.28

UTG: $11.38 (Hero)
UTG1: $14.85
UTG2: $10
LJ: $9.88
HJ: $10.50
CO: $5.57
BN: $11.93
Preflop ($0.15) (9 Players)
Hero was dealt Q K
Hero raises to $0.40, UTG1 folds, UTG2 folds, LJ folds, HJ folds, CO folds, BN calls $0.40, SB folds, BB folds
Flop ($0.95) K 5 J (2 Players)
Hero bets $0.70, BN calls $0.70
Turn ($2.35) K 5 J T (2 Players)
Hero bets $1.10, BN calls $1.10
River ($4.55) K 5 J T 8 (2 Players)
Hero checks, BN bets $1.50, Hero calls $1.50

Agaisnt a 20/15, 1.8 AF, I think flop is okay, turn Im bet/folding, I know that in the river the board is coordinated and he had called 2 bets before, I think the best line is to x/f here, because many hands dont bet river for bluff in that board, but when he bet that thin how I should interpret it? Showing weakness, thin value or pure bluff.

Also I want to know, which are the reasons to x/f in this spot, I think this is a very common line:

 bet/fold bet/fold x/f

I would aprecciate you to analyse it. Thanks.

I think KQo is too weak a hand to be opening UTG 9 handed.

You look like you are telegraphing your intentions with your turn bet, and if we bet fold we are giving up our equity with the OESD. Really the only hand we get value from is QJ, so given that I would prolly check.

River is still prolly a fold, what worse is he going to bet for value? Hes not turning something into a bluff, so unless hes actually going to bet AJ like this here, id still prolly fold, you are basically hoping you chop. Seems more like he just wants to get called since you look like you are giving up
