preflop is fine, but everything else ... OTT i would just overbet jam and hope to get called by 55-JJ or whatever draw because your opponent looks fishy . By betting 2,5 you allow him to call with all draws and medium hands and fold river, which are surely calling your shove on the turn because of how many draws there are. Flop is a clear fold especially without reads and against potentially fish who will hardly fold anything just based by his sizing and your sizing is also just very expoitable because you will always raise bigger with sets or overpairs, with KsQs though, i would raise to about 2,5 and jam every turn

I would fold the flop too. I prefer raising OOP with some equity, I mean we have some equity vs pockets (88-JJ), but almost drawing dead vs QQ+.

And I don't think his AJ+ hands would cbet this flop.

I'd 4bet pre. As played fold flop. He should have a decent range advantage on this board and I think our hand is a bit too weak to defend here. Additionally this board texture really favors the player in position so you should be raising bigger if you decide to raise.
