villain is 42 /26 after 66 hands / 50% fold to bet / 0.3 agg

i feel like everything is standard until turn. its hard to say what his 3 bet calling range is cause he looks fishy.

when he x/min raise turn, this looks very strong (set or straight). even if its cheap to call he has 1.50 behind he definitly commited Should i fold, raise, call? I decided to fold cause i felt like its hard for him to bluff when he min raise like this
