Villain seems fishy over small sample.
When he raised the flop it was super weird. I expect all sets in his range, bt I don't really know if he will raise any of them on such a dry board. Just called because it felt too weak to fold and overplay to 3bet-get in.
On the turn I guess I have to call, starting to worry about AA or even QQ now, or at least some other set. My problem on the turn is that I wanted to make a plan for the river but I have absolutely no idea what to do. I guess it should be either call twice or fold turn. I'm fish so I went for the calldown.

Without additional info I am going for a calldown. As you said, he should not really have a raising range at all otf.
Yeah, he shouldn't but if he's a weak player he doesn't care and will just raise his value hands anyway, which is why I'm not sure
So the reason of calldown is to extract the remaining 3.57$? and not scare him away?
The reason for a calldown is more that he only reps 9 set combos for value and needs to get to the river with like 6 bluff combos to justify our call.
This should not automatically imply "call", but like A3 or A5 could go crazy here and sometimes they bluff with bottom pair type hands here. Therefore, I assume they can have enough bluffcombos otr on avg.
Raising all in to his turn bet doesn't make sense? he is not folding for 3,57$- Although i believe A5 A3 would check on Turn.
Anyhow the idea is to let him bluff his money to us right?
Exactly. His value range (sets) has KK crushed. So when we actually raise ott we fold out bluffs and get all in vs sets, which is bad.
