I could bet small on the flop or check/raise. Both have advantages and disadvantages.
I think checking whole range on this flop is a simple and effective strategy.
KK is a clear check/raise imo.

Do you cold 4b with AKo here? If so, you're going to have a fair amount of AhKx and AxKh here that would probably like to semibluff shove this flop, so if that's the case then maybe you should also just be shoving AA-QQ here. If you don't, then you only have pure value and its probably less important what you do.
However, when you have black AA and KK I'm not sure you're excited about the possibility of giving a free card to JhJx or AhKx. Checking your entire range would probably be a better play against an aggressive player who would vb and bluff when checked to on the flop, but I'm not sure we can expect this from a player who raised preflop and then cold called your cold 4b. Personally I would expect check backs alot on the flop so I would prefer just shoving my entire range here.
Yes I'm cold 4betting AKo here and also AQs, I'm fine folding AJs and KQs but I believe that I am too nitty there.
Ur Right I should be betting the flop often because it's likely he has JJ
Bet flop. Don't let JJ, AQ, AK type hands see the turn for free.
I agree

you got an SPR of close to one, so money has to go in on the flop. Betting or checking is heavily dependent on your opponent. as I would assume most people are passive, I would bet without further reads.
