KK 3b pot MW turn decision

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BN: $17.41 (Hero)
SB: $10.00
BB: $10.00
UTG: $8.08
MP: $14.90
CO: $12.15
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BN with K K
UTG raises to $0.35, 2 folds, Hero raises to $0.80, SB calls $0.75, BB folds, UTG calls $0.45
i made a mistake pre with size, UTG is possible fish so maybe a bigger size would have been better avoiding also callers on the blinds
Flop ($2.50) 5 3 9
SB checks, UTG checks, Hero bets $1.50, SB calls $1.50, UTG folds
Turn ($5.50) 5 3 9 Q
SB bets $1.50, Hero raises to $9.20, SB calls $6.20 and is all in
In game i thought shoving might get called from his Qx and combo draws (SB is reg not many infos post flop though); the problem i have with it is that he actually does not have that many Qx, probably AQh, maybe QJh and i cant see a reason why he would donk turn with that. i also think my shove is not that effective since he probably does not have that many diamonds float OTT, given fish in the pot OTF.

I am not sure how to interpret his donk OTT, even if his range is composed by some combo draws (JTh, 87h maybe 76...), i cant see many value hands that donk turn for protection or avoiding me X T, apart from sets which would be consistent with calling pre and calling F. Would it be better then to call T and maybe fold some rivers? Or that gives to his strong draws a great price?
