KJo flopping flush draw, river brings nut flush but with full house draw

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) MP: $10.00
CO: $10.72 (Hero)
BN: $11.63
SB: $13.85
BB: $3.06
UTG: $19.04
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is CO with J K
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.25, BN raises to $0.75, 2 folds, Hero calls $0.50
BN is a regular at NL10 who is somewhat aggressive with their 3bets. I have noticed however that when they have a monster and connect with the board, they bet aggressively but keep their sizing rather uniform.
Flop ($1.65) Q 4 K
Hero checks, BN checks
Wanted to see what he would do, would be calling any bet on this flop.
Turn ($1.65) Q 4 K A
Hero checks, BN bets $0.79, Hero calls $0.79
Scary turn, but we still have the gutshot +2nd nut flush draw, I'm at least calling this street.
River ($3.23) Q 4 K A A
Hero checks, BN bets $10.09 and is all in, Hero calls $9.18 and is all in
I've never seen him do this over the 1.3k hands I have with him. Like I said before, he's rather uniform with his bet sizing and this threw me off a little. After maxing out my time bank, I elected to call.
Final Pot CO wins and shows a flush, Ace high.
BN lost and shows a pair of Aces.
CO wins $20.62
Rake is $0.97

Overall, I'm happy with the way I played this hand. He 3bets a lot with a pretty wide range and the shove at the end didn't make much sense to me. Thoughts?

Thanks for your time.
