Value bet... after he raises I have to call at least one street, if a K or J comes stacks are probably going in and we are deep so I think calling at least once is ok.

After he direct shoves POT I think folding is in order. Yes, we only have to be good >33% of the time and sometimes he will donkey off with AK, KQ but on the other hand he could also have all TT, slowplayed KK, JJ and most importantly AQo and AQs.
