Villain is among the stronger regs I guess and plays really aggressively against me.
I went into check/call mode because of that... on river I figured he`ll have enough busted draws to justify a call. I would also expect him to 3b his stronger Kx.
1)Do you agree with the check call line on that flop?
2)Would you call turn and river?
X)What general advice would you give on exploiting this reg based on stats?

I would just cbet, if hes defending enough he will have worse Kx, Tx draws a.s.o. to call with. I would choose a b-c-b line on this board. As played river is close but i would probably fold because i dont expect him to bluff enough in general.
I would bet flop. As played, turn is definitely a call, river is close. KQ is a call, KJ without hearts also I think.
I would also start off with a bet otf. As played, I think it's a mandatory call otr - as knoxox said - we don't block any of his bluffing hands, and our range is pretty capped with this line, which I think makes it a call.
I like your line vs an aggressiv player. As taaazz said our range is pretty capped here. I think the river is close. The sample you have here is not much to say much about it. But in general i think that the player at these stages dont barrel 3 times too light. I think he would maybe 3 bet KQ pre and TT, often calls 66. AK he would 3 bet too in general, so i think he is value betting OTR with K5,K6,KT, T6, 66 maybe KQ, 66,. But he has to bluff non showdown hands like 78,69,89 any missed FD. So I dont have Equilab now, but I think its a call even the river bet is big.
I wouldnt get too fancy and just cbet it, as usual. As played, its close but given that he is an aggro player, I think you can call.
KK, TT and AK would 3bet pre. KT and KQ beat you (14 combos), he can bluff with some missed draws and he doesnt need to do it often for a call to be +EV. It cost you 3$ to win approx 7$, so you need to be good 30% of the time. If he bluffs 7 combos (or value bet with worse), you're good on a call.
I think you are making far too many assumptions based on a small sample size. When I read through his stats, at no point, did I feel this guy was over aggressive or anything, or that I need to balance my range against him or anything. maybe a kinda high flop cbet stat, but again sample size issues. Also you didn't provide any bet when checked too or raise flop stats. So I don't see the point of going for a ch/c line. I would just keep cbetting my self looking to get calls from worse Kx and Tx.
As played, not liking it, but prolly calling all the way down, if that was your plan I think its good to just stick it.
