Good reg 23/19 R1st in BN 40 Cbets high freq 73 54 Doesnt give credit to CR on flop(39%) but give credit to CR on turn 67%) and donks is not an option vs him , doesnt fold much to cbet in 3BP 28% so i cant 3 bet and barel much

Our hand has 41-44% vs range on this texture only 9, K and hearts on turn helps our equity. and if so we cant win by the river if he barrels 8x two times if we decide to check-call twice . Whats is our play ? if we fold pre this hands we fold to much on BB but if we call and try to play he really easy can outplay us IP in this scenarioI have idea about check-call flop cbet and check-raise turn which are improves our equity (hearts , ten ) and we can represnt a lot of value hands by this line and he also has 67% of folding on turn vs XR But if he calls turn XR should i bet river for balance like i do with strong hands or should i give up unimproved? wtsd 27 of the opponet

If our starting hand is Ah8h and we check-call flop and turn brings Qh or Kh  .This hands is usually must be scary for my range and he bets them with high freq so do u like a check-raise in this scenario? Buf what if turn is low hearts - he doesnt barel them very often should i check- raise also?
