I'm trying to implement a limping strategy BvB, I'm shocked at people opening 4x in this spot, but maybe isn't so bad, thoughts? Here I don't have many hands to know how often he calls a 3bet so in game i just guessed he called w anything decent like in a SB vs BTN situation.

does anyone XR here?

having a FD now gives me equity but every hand that connected OTF now improved somehow, thats why I opted for a XC rather than a bet. A bet could make him fold his floats though, like Ahighs and random overs+bfd. What about XR?

when he checks back the turn i dont think he has many bluffs here to justify a call, even with great pot odds, he has to turn into a bluff hands that he cked back on turn, he could play KQhh JTcc this way for instance. Thoughts?

pre is fine I guess, even though K3s is good enough to just call the raise...Not sure why you picked this one for limp/3b....are you merging your range here?
However I would usually just barrel turn therefore we picked up equity and open ourself up for a 3barrel-line. That could work good at this board runout (maybe)
But whats your river question?...Do you think about X/herocall here?
I really dislike this option, cause - as you mentioned - villain rarely is bluffing here after he checked turn
Though XR is still an option, cause villain capped his range OTT and we could still have nutz that we wanted to XR turn with
hey thanks for the quick answer, so:
Preflop: do you think i can just limp call even against a 4x? if he opens 30% shouldnt i treat this spot as if he was on CO and i was on BB? how much equity would you like to have in this spot? what would be the bottom of your limp calling range to get an idea of what youd limpc.
River: i agree with that hes rarely bluffing here, the XR river though seems like a good option too.
dont really get your question on position, equity and so on...but maybe im just tired already :)
You should definitely bet the turn. You pick up equity, but you're still behind. I'd bet a commiting amount here. Since Villian is capped to TT at besr, it is likely he hit that flop, and perhaps picked up equity on the turn.
Bybetting big, you can make him fold a bunch of 1 pair + week draw etc.
As played, check-folding is the only option.
ok and if called youd still shove river?
The fact your Checked turn OOP, also Capps your own hand range, which i should factor into my overall river decision.
*)It comes down to what Villain is Bet/Folding on river.
Based on the board run-out, I think VIllain is Bet/calling all 9X+, and % of 8X on river VS C/R given how turn went Check/Check. If my assesment is close, then K3, should be the bottom percentile that I'm Check/folding river.
