JJ vs Reg (OESD + pair)

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BN: $15.75
SB: $23.23
BB: $10.15
UTG: $16.29
MP: $11.48 (Hero)
CO: $56.67
Villain is 19/12 reg, flop cbet 0, fold to cbet 75, 120 hands
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is MP with J J
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.30, CO calls $0.30, 3 folds
Flop ($0.75) Q K T
Hero checks, CO bets $0.36, Hero raises to $1.30, CO raises to $3.79, Hero raises to $11.18 and is all in, CO calls $7.39
I was pretty lost here, should this have been call or even fold with this board. I thought i was blocking J so i thought jamming could make flush draws, PP:s and lower straight draws fold.

What u guys think, was this total fail?

I'd check call once without the Jh and probably x/c twice with Jh if a heart peels off OTT. You are basically drawing to 8 outs and there is no way you are ahead against most if his range. And also, he can have AJ there and you are absolutely crushed

are you shoving for value? as a bluff? Why did you x/r? Ask yourself these questions, so you can improve....

Either cbetting or x/c is fine otf. Vs more aggro guys, who are capable of stabbing with air/hands like AhTx, x/c is better. Vs more passive villains, who wont raise light and against whom you dont have to worry about protecting your checking range, cbetting is fine, but the differences in ev are small.
