JJ spot question about line

BB: $81.74
HJ: $175.56
CO: $103.52
BN: $100 (Hero)
SB: $100.50
This is a reg I play with alot and gives me a ton of respect when I 3bet him, so I opt to just call with JJ hoping to get squeezed by the blinds. He plays 20/17 very standardish play WWSF 48
Preflop ($1.50) (5 Players)
Hero was dealt J J
HJ folds, CO raises to $3, Hero calls $3, SB folds, BB folds
flatting hoping to get squeezed by the blinds
Flop ($7.50) Q 8 T (2 Players)
CO bets $4.79, Hero calls $4.79
call is standard here
Turn ($17.08) Q 8 T 6 (2 Players)
CO bets $10.92, Hero calls $10.92
If I fold here sometimes is it exploitable? I opt to call knowing hes capable of barrelling me.
His range right now is KQ T9s 98s 78s AA KK QQ 88 TT 66
River ($38.92) Q 8 T 6 3 (2 Players)
CO bets $22
He actually checked back, but I want to know if my hand is strong enough to bluff catch here? If I called I feel like I am showing up with QJ QK AQ only as a part of my range... which seems not very good.

Interesting. I think you have enough Qx in your range to bluffcatch with that you can let go JJ. Actually JJ = weak Qx... Its just a way i like to use to not calldown anypair OTR. Having Qx also blocks him having Qx so he has more missed draws and stuff....

In this kind of spot its good to know aggr. freq. by street. I find that around 20% aggr OTR doesnt bluff. this is history specific, could be easy call or easy fold.
