JJ overpair facing flop jam

SB: $10.00
No reads on V. ~50 hands with no meaningful data.
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is CO with J J
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.30, BN folds, SB raises to $1.10, BB folds, Hero calls $0.80
Will typically mix in calls and 4b here. No data on SB had me leaning towards call.
Flop ($2.30) 4 5 7
SB bets $1.65, Hero raises to $3.40, SB raises to $8.90 and is all in, Hero calls $5.50
Connected but undercard flop for me. JJ vulnerable and I am capped. V could be betting AK, AQ, diamond combos (Axs, KQs T9s, 98s), the odd 88-TT, but also QQ-AA. I chose to raise to protect from overs/diamond turns, however I am rarely being called by worse here. Perhaps cooler, but this feels spewy after the jam and I could not get away.
