I think the 4bet pre is standard but his min 5bet is interesting. I don't think I've ever played a hand like this one, may be far back, does he want me 6bet/shove so he can fold or snap?, does he want me to flat it so he can own me postflop?
What would you do here preflop and as played postflop?
