Obviously it's not a valuebet from him. But I don't mind a raise can be profitable than a call.

If I raise, I'm repping 9x or better. There are no draws, there aren't any weaker hands which call my raise but worse than mine. If there are, He bets flop about 0.4-0.5. Then I called again.

I think He has an inelastic calling range here. If he has a nine or a weak fullhouse, He calls my raise with any sizing.
