JJ flop decision 10NL

BB: $11.29
HJ: $3.12
CO: $7.23
BN: $9.70
SB: $10.05 (Hero)
CO: 41/32 (35 hands)
Preflop ($0.15) (5 Players)
Hero was dealt J J
HJ folds, CO raises to $0.35, BN folds, Hero raises to $1.05, BB folds, CO calls $0.75
I decided to 3bet/get it in. I'm not sure if it's fine, but that was my plan.
Flop ($2.30) 4 8 3 (2 Players)
Hero bets $1.25, CO raises to $3, Hero raises to $7.70, CO calls $3.13
I exclude QQ+... I think BB v CO without a large sample He definitely get it in with QQ KK AA preflop.
I put him on a range like 2over+FD, 88-TT, Adx, 8dxd like 78s, 79s, 89s, 67s, 56s.

According this calculation it's a fairly easy shove on the flop.

Should I just flat preflop? Does He has QQ+ anytime here?
Turn ($17.38) 7 (2 Players)
