J8s two pair vs direct shove by fish

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) MP: $16.97
CO: $11.63
BN: $10.00
SB: $10.00
BB: $16.87 (Hero)
UTG: $7.21
Villain 21/9 45 hands
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BB with 8 J
UTG raises to $0.20, 4 folds, Hero calls $0.10
Given price and villain being fishy I think calling is fine.
Flop ($0.45) J 8 9
Hero checks, UTG bets $7.01 and is all in, Hero calls $7.01
I tanked and then called hoping to see a FD, combo draw and some overpairs.
Turn ($14.47) J 8 9 3
River ($14.47) J 8 9 3 4
Final Pot BB lost and shows two pair, Jacks and Eights.
UTG wins and shows a straight, Seven to Jack.
UTG wins $13.82
Rake is $0.65

Last time I posted a similar hand the majority of you said that fishy villains do something like this with a lot of bad hands and I argued that it is always the nuts, and nothing but the nuts when fish villain overbet-shoves a pot.

Would you fold here?
