My usual raise size is 3x. I don't remember why I raised 3.5x. Probably just a misclick. Still, preflop is fine.

Check/folding is completely fine here. Maybe he can have 99 some of the time, and I probably can't. Still, he mostly has Ax or overpairs here, and the pot is ginormous, so I took a stab.

The T is not a good card, because he can also have TT. He probably folded most of his Ax on the flop -- then again he is certainly capable of floating with his Ax.
However, I have the As, so I thought: let's go for it.

BTN 3-bet pre with 76s (fine), and also called a 4-bet (not good).
Looking back at my play, it is extremely spewy.
However, I am wondering what other bluffs can I have here? I can't think of any better hands to bluff.

I dont think your line is spewy. First of all - you need some bluffs and AK/AQ offsuit with high spade are our prime high equity bluffs there. Also with that low SPR its not like you are check/folding there so better to go all-in and realize that tiny bit of fold equity we still have against some A highs or QQ/JJ.
Only real question is about flop play, but with AsKx I think it will be good no matter what line you choose.
I would be suprised of anyone folds overpairs, Maybe without a spade but def not with it. Maybe they should in some spots but I do not see it in my games very often. And we beat Ax.
What I want to know is: What is your 4b range here, do you 4b JTs, QJs, KQs and how many Axs do you have in your range? Do you call 3bets oop ever (115bb deep) if so, what range is that? Some players are highly unbalanced in these situations and have a ton of bluffs in this spot, others have very few, and to be able to know if you are spewing of chips here we need to think a bit deeper of this spot.
Shame of the miss-click now BTN has more reason to call with his 56s as he gets a damn good price (the eff stacks although are not in his favor).
Think betting the flop is ok you have two over cards and the A of spades so you can continue on the turn on a lot of runouts. You having the A of spades makes it less likely that the villain has a spades draw and AK blocks AA and KK so I guess this is about the best bluffing hand you could reasonably have after your 4 bet preflop.
Turn yes would absolutely bet here the flush arrived and you have the A of spades so if he calls you still have loads of outs if he did not set mine with 99 or TT but that would be bad against your 4 bet.
So villain made a big mistake bot calling preflop and on the flop and got lucky it happens you played it well.
Would take note that this is a calling station preflop and on the flop so next time value bet the hell out of him :)
I am skeptical that anyone will fold overpairs here, but he could have some Ax or something like KhQh which decided to float flop.
As others mentioned above, I need bluffs in this spot, and I can't think of a better hand to bluff.
Also, while I beat many of the hands which will fold to a shove, can I really check/call here? To realize my equity I need to shove?
I cannot think of many combos in his range that will fold the turn. Maybe only some AQhh KQhh 56hh that floated the flop. Still, it's always a sigh-jam OTT... Just one of those spots.
Only overpair able to fold would be QQ as JJ has to many outs. But one can also make AK hands fold here so jamming might still be +EV.
