Unknown player, I played a hand similar to this earlier in the session against another unknown player and lo and be hold yup he had AA vs my QQ except that dude limped re-raise preflop.
What do you guys think?

bet turn, call riv, vs an unknown and rec looking player get some value on this turn.
Valuebetting turn too. As played, why do you think its only AA, not TT-QQ. I agree that AA is most likely with that preflop action, but still I would never ever fold. I expect to see a bluff sometimes as well..
Considering effective stacks are 180BB, chances are he 5B`s KK-AA more often, flat`s AQs+,AKo+, TT-QQ.
So i`d probably bet small on the turn/shove the river, as played i would not fold.
why he bets too much with AA,you show weakness on turn
I think we miss a lot of value from TT-QQ on the turn. As played I would call the river since we showed weakness on the turn, villain could even be turning a hand like AK/AQ into a bluff. AA sometimes 5-bets pre, discounting it further.
Call river and feel pretty good about it. Once you check the turn villain could potentially open up his value range or, as others have mentioned, he could be turning an AK type hand into a bluff.
nh i call pretty quickly/happily
I'd be curious about some of his (and your stats) here even if sample size is small. If he has some very fish-y stats, i'd give AA a bit more weight (that crazy-minbet preflop). But i think fish can close their eyes and try to get stacks with AA, so the turn check reduces AA for me a bit. I'm not so convinced a big fish is going to try to bluff that hard without a boat, but i think they might get overly excited with TT-QQ. So I wouldn't think he has AA more than 2/3 of the time. If he has a few hands and doesn't scream fish, without any reads, i'd call pretty fast since i think QQ plays similarly with some bluffs.
What would scare me more (against big fish) would be a min 4bet, timing tells, or if he min c/r'ed on the flop. I find that those crazy minbets can come with other "tricky" plays.
Thanks for the comments. As people suggested in the thread, I misplayed this hand by not firing on turn in position. Though I had to make the call on river and to my surprise he ended up showing a bluff with QJo. So, in a way, I got very lucky because I don't expect some random deep player to call the 4bet pre oop and try to bluff me off the hand postflop while somewhat deep. It's an interesting hand with the results but not sure what I can learn from it.
