I have V tagged as a fish with no notes so that at least means I've seen him open limp, open bad hands, or overplay a hand.

I would often x back this river but I try to go for max value vs players I have tagged as fish at these stakes. I think here I can potentially be getting called by KJs, QJs, maybe JTs? Too thin?

Without a stronger, more detailed read on a villain I think the AJo is just a fold pre vs UTG open.
As played, I don't think its too thin as there is a pretty obvious FD that missed that he can put us on and call down light with JX or even 88-TT because people always put 3bettors on AK.
I would size up on the flop and the turn though to max value against draws, and also avoid needing to overbet the river.
But to answer your main questions: I'm sure you are posting this hand because he showed up with a better hand this time, but I think you should still bet this on the river vs anyone you suspect of being at all fishy.
Yeah I'm 100% folding AJo vs 3x UTG open vs anyone not tagged, but maybe I should take it a step further in these exact positions and sizing and require a specific fishy read when 3b'ing as light as AJo here in HJ. I definitely wasn't thrilled at my play on any street including preflop throughout the entire hand haha.
Ya unless you know for a fact they are a mega fish AND you've got a good beat on how they play, hard to see it being profitable. Not only is his utg opening raise strong but there are still so many people left to act, your gonna get cold called a bunch and be in a real crummy spot.
Preflop is certainly a fold, villains VPIP/PFR seems to be standard so we don't want to deviate this much.
As played our play seems fine with the assumption that villain rarely folds Jx.
Have to be have seen this guy call with QJs or KQs before to make that move pre flop.
I don’t agree that the range is so strong with someone you have tagged as a fish to not be able to calm PF tho. Plenty of Axs that opens here too if you think he’s wider than avg.
As played, Check back river
