I think populations underbluffing in this spot but talked myself into calling as he didn't seem to be representing much apart from pocket 8s or 9s, maybe slowplayed trip Kings which I'd discounted. I also probably had some vague notion that it would be too easily exploitable to fold there as my hand is face up and he can bet any two. I don't think villain's gonna be turning many suited broadway or even the Axs that calls a 3bet here into a bluff.
