Bad hand to 3 bet vs MP. No need for comments.

Very dry flop that I should be c betting often. Therefore I believe a small sizing is correct.

Villain's range is capped after calling the preflop 3 bet and calling the small c-bet. Is this a good spot to polarize my range and overbet like $0.90?

When you bet 10 cent otf what are your goals with that sizing and what do you think about checking?
By betting small I'm trying to keep his range wide and keep my range uncapped. I think a small bet can make him fold a lot of his equity on the flop.
Betting 90 cents ott leaves a really awkward psr otr.
Would def continue to bet here with the flush. But i dont think that 90 is the right size. Would pref a size like 35-40, trying to get a small pair pocketpair to fold and hands like aq and aj.
I´m pretty sure he wouldn`t fold anything to the flop c-bet. There are to type of bets: Value and bluff. On NL2 i would hardly concentrat of gaining value as much as possible. So if you have KK+ or any other strong K in that spot would you really just bet 10 cent? Because the player pool on that limit tends to call way to light. So bet as much as you can get. You dont need to be balacend or anything in that player pool.
its part of a multi-street strategy in a 3bet pot where there are many ways to get stacks in by the river. Working on being balanced is fine. There are definitely more than 2 reasons to bet.
"There are to type of bets: Value and bluff"
This is not true. There is other reasons to bet. The bet for value or bet in bluff is too simplistic and dont really hold anymore as many theorist showed.
preflop i prefer your 3B to a call
on flop i like the sizing we keep his range wide like you said and we can re evaluate on turn
on the turn i see no reason to over bet i would bet around .45 mark here we have to continue to try and get him off his marginal hands that have called the flop, 66+ etc
on the river i would follow up with a 3rd barrel as we are rep very strong and can try and get them off some hands that are beating us
On flop i would go a little bigger I guess. On the turn he is not overly capped as you might think, many strong Kx could have called flop because it doesn't need all that much protection. People don't tend to c/r here all that often even vs small bet. I think a large bet to set up a shove is good but i wouldn't overbet
