Preflop i wouldn´t call with KJs Co vs UTG. As played on the Turn i wuld just fold. The question is, if you get paid, when you hit your straight on the river? I think no. And Villains range is very strong on the Turn. As played you don ´t have very strong hands in your range on the turn. You would have raised your straights or sets at least on the turn. As played it looks exatly as what it is, a missed draw. I wouldn ´t bet the river.
Yeah true I probley should have folded turn
Raise flop. Severe range advantage ++ outs against his 1 pair continue range. This is a spot in which you can rep so much so credibly. Problem with call/ call bet is, that you dont really rep much, only straights. Raising flop would have included sets, 2 pair and straights as well as monster draws.
i mean, first of all, maybe i will fold at preflop, only one reason you can call here is KJ is a SC。
actually, i don‘t think UTG played well, only one reasonable hand is JQs,because if i had any over pair or set , i will always bet small at flop to control the pot, because in your position, you still have some very strong range, like JQs,67s, 89, 88, 99.
he bet really big, i can not image what he had, maybe just JQs.
and i will call the flop and fold the turn.
because his range looks like very strong, so i will never bluff at turn.
this is my opinion.
Betting OTR without raising OTF/OTT is enormous waste of money :)
