Here I think 1/2Pot is ok. Dont want to make him fold is Tx, Jx, PP or suits connectors like QKs or 89s.

So on the river, when he raise I'm not sure if I have to fold this with Overpair 100% of the time. Can he raise with like ATc here? or some JT combo?

Chart based analysis will have CO calling here quite rarely pre, sometimes not at all (rake, etc). Pool based analysis is going to produce quite different results. I expect there to be A6s, 76s and 65s in there with pool based analysis, while 66 is going to be the only 6x hand based off of standard charts.
That said, river raises, especially vs. three barrels are quite nutted. As played, I don't think calling is a disaster. There are still some combos of Jx (BDFD) that get there on turn. And I have definitely seen players raise JT here not realizing you are uncapped and JT is behind all of the sets/overpairs that you have in your range. Lets not forget that QQ can also be in his range here. Pools will play it as a call pre.
I tend to be over aggressive so I like the three street approach here. I also have a hard time folding for this price.
Yep, the price was good, but vilain in this case turned a boat (TTT66). This is a spot where I still find hard to fold my Overpairs.
Thanks.
