Is it reasonable to call on this river?

Preflop ($0.03) Hero is UTG with A A

Hero raises to $0.06, MP folds, CO calls $0.06, 3 folds

Flop ($0.15) 6 T 6

Hero bets $0.06, CO calls $0.06

At the moment, I always 33%Pot Cbet that kind of board OOP. Not sure its ideal, but slowly learning.

Turn ($0.27) 6 T 6 J

Hero bets $0.14, CO calls $0.14

Here I think 1/2Pot is ok. Dont want to make him fold is Tx, Jx, PP or suits connectors like QKs or 89s.

River ($0.55) 6 T 6 J 7

Hero bets $0.20, CO raises to $0.66, Hero calls $0.46

So on the river, when he raise I'm not sure if I have to fold this with Overpair 100% of the time. Can he raise with like ATc here? or some JT combo?
