Interesting hand, facing 5x Overbet vs presumably tilted villain

Blinds: $0.01/$0.02 (9 Players) BN: $6.58
SB: $2.30
BB: $2.00
UTG: $3.84
UTG+1: $1.65
MP: $3.08
MP+1: $2.27
MP+2: $2.02 (Hero)
CO: $1.21
Preflop ($0.03) Hero is MP+2 with A Q
2 folds, MP raises to $0.06, MP+1 folds, Hero calls $0.06, CO folds, BN calls $0.06, 2 folds
Flop ($0.21) J 3 6
MP checks, Hero bets $0.14, BN folds, MP calls $0.14
Turn ($0.49) J 3 6 6
MP checks, Hero checks
River ($0.49) J 3 6 6 9
MP bets $2.88 and is all in, Hero calls $1.82 and is all in

Ok let me get this hand clear. Under normal circumstances I would fold to this river overbet because I think the average opponent just has it here too often.

However this villain just lost a really big pot versus me so I had the suspicion that he might be a bit tilted.
What are the hands that realistically beat me here. I think this guy just autobets 33,66,JJ on the flop, people dont balance at these stakes.

And even if they check some JJ on the flop they will usually checkraise some so in the end he doesnt get there with many JJ...

so it's only 99 really what he can have what beats me---- and since he may be tilted it could be 78hh or something or some random air I don't know...

what do you think? opinions thought suggesions?
