This past week I have been playing at 10nl and have not been doing too well.I'am down about 10 stacks in the past 6000 hands. I dont know if the variance is higher or what, but I know that i must be doing something wrong....loosing 10 stacks in 6000 hands seems like a major leak to me.

I understand there is always things that need to be worked on but I dont understand How to work on my game off the table.
Im not too sure what is usually the best option...

Basically in short what im looking for is tips on how and what i can do to help improve my own game.
Should i be looking into a poker coach? More books? articles? Keep reviewing the videos through Leak buster that are assigned to me?
Read more articles and hand histories?

I dont have any local friends or even friends on skype that are into poker besides one, but he plays mid to highstakes HUSNG.
so i find it a lil hard sometimes too learn on my own. Any help/tips on things i should do or look into would be much appreciated.
