I'm new i need help

Hey guys, I've been playing poker for about 1.5 years, and I wanted to get better at Cashgames, I am currently playing NL10 and i'm having huge troubles climbing stakes, what do you advice me to do?

Get and learn to use RIO essential and Piosolver, and study the book "No-Limit Hold 'em For Advanced Players".

That is the short answer and covers the strategy content. Your roadblock might need something very different though.

Other general advice is to not play more than 90 min without a break, use good bankroll management, not rush decisions and get a database review from someone winning at least a few stakes higher.

Bankroll management depends on win rate and many other factors. You should base it on a combination of what you can handle mentally and risk of losing entire bankroll.

Try to make friends either at the table or on forums that you can discuss hands and poker concepts with.

Keep the amount of tables you play to 4 or less while you learn.

Watch lots of videos of people playing stakes slightly above you.

Be patient/have fun.

James Hudson (above) actually has quite a few Cashgame videos - although they mostly focus on $1/$2 mid-stakes games, they will definitely contain a lot of useful information that can be applied to your current stakes.
Additionally, Iain Salter and Paul Atwal have a number of videos ranging from $.10/$0.25 to $0.50/$1, both featuring live play and theoretical videos.

As you play and learn don't hesitate to post hand histories from tricky hands to the RIO forums, there are a lot of people around that are happy to help!

Also with regards to bankroll management, Tommy Angelo has a video (although mostly containing just audio) that goes through a lot of the fundamentals associated with BRM as well as some of the mental aspects of swings, which could be a good start if you're interested in more theoretical videos.

Guys i don't feel comfortable playing NL10 to be real because i just have 20 buy-ins, do you think it's a bad idea to move down stakes to be more confident, I'm thinking to move up in stakes only when I get 50 buy-ins for that stake, can you give me your opinions?

That's fine. Play where you feel comfortable. You won't play your best if you worry about your buy ins and the stakes. Eventually you'll have to get over that to take shots at higher stakes but not just yet.

People here recommended the PioSolver, but since it's expensive for me right now, I bought the gto plus from Scylla, the same creator of CardRunnersEV and Flopzilla if I'm right.
It's a cheaper solver, but it's very useful and intuitive. Give it a try!
