I'm about to quit poker..
not literally obviously as i just got the elite sub, but man I was doing great on iginition for the couple years or so and not even really keeping track of hands ( due to having to download HHs 24 hours after because im lazy) because I was cashing out weekly or bi-weekly due to not having any fees or limits on cashouts. but..then I looked at the rake on the 10k hands I do have and man it almost made me sick. like $370ish so I did some estimating and over the last years ive paid like 8k to rake with 0% rakeback. lol so I decided to switch to ACR and boy was I in for a rude awakening.
The games on there are tough, I play 50NL blitz and I went from breaking even kind of getting a feel for the difference compared to anonymous and all of a sudden I just stopped having winning sessions. I win like 30-40bb when I win and lose like 200bb+ when I lose. Its not all variance, I definitely have some leaks to work on but ive also been getting some bad distributions as well.
heres my graph:
and my stats:
Do you notice anything I can work on? the first thing I noticed was my winrate from EP. its absurdly low and im losing with AKo from that position as well.
Please tell me what you see and if you need stats or have any questions let me know. thanks for taking the time to read this.

What strikes me the most from your post is that you don't seem to have a process of examining your game so you can gradually improve over time by checking validity of thought processes and doing targeted drills to fix leaks.
hey,
having rough downswings is always pretty hard to deal with. specifically these days with no rakeback, high rake and tougher opponents and less fish it can get really really ugly.
ive seen a lot of ridiculous shit nobody would ever think that its possible.
i cant really see all those stats etc and in general im also not the biggest expert regarding those overall stats, but i can say that 75k hands is unfortunately not that big of a sample size these days anymore, especially bc winrates are lower and no rakeback.
maybe u can have a look into a poker variance simulator and get a better feeling for it.
but obviously the only thing u can do about it is try to work on your game as best as possible, and then go from there. I think these days there is a way higher % in luck compared to how it was and given the fact we are only humans and were not gonna play 100 years of poker obviously luck will always be quite an impact. Unfortunately. So the only thing is trying to focus on your game and try your best and if it doesnt work out decide for yourself when its time to quit. just my opinion.
hope u run better soon.
The stats are hardly readable and also don't tell most of the time enough to see leaks other then very obvious (preflop) leaks. Is it 6 Max?
An obvious deviation from GTO against good players is your SB 3 Bet percentage against LP Steal could be about twice as high up to 19% depending on their average sizing ofc, but still 8.3% is way to low even if they make it 3BB every time which I guess they aren't. Use some proper preflop chart to improve there is an easy one (I switched to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TcsJxzRZpog who also has the charts available for free). Be aware that they are for specific bet sizes and that they are simplified so less balanced then complete GTO ranges you can buy, but I guess a good starting point).
As I can't read half the stats and I miss RFI% cant see any other obvious deviations from GTO against good player.
If you really want to have a good look at your post-flop play and your leaks in your overall game play would recommend investing in a coach.
Loosing with AKo UTG can be anything from variance to overplaying AKo by cBetting on boards that are better for the preflop caller or by overvaluing top pair or by not getting enough money in the pot when you win etc etc etc.
