If you're starting poker and you don't knwo what you like the best and want to grind in the future I would advice to try everything (but hypers I guess), and when you found what you like the best and want to be better at, just stick on it and enjoy.

I have been grinding for a long time and I am sure I could do it playing micro cash. possibly mtts with some luck and hypers was what I was kinda hoping to hear more about....I know very little of playing nash equilibrium and grinding hypers...is this still profitable to do even with shitty rake back ... is my risk of going broke way to gr8 playing the 6max $1 or 1.5 w/e they r  with a $100 Br or is that not big enough to handle the swings playing the nash style?

On PS the hyper start at $1.5 I wouldn't try unless you can cash in a second time. 

You have 40BI for 2.50 180M on Stars.Imo they are the best BR builders, and are really soft.

grind 10NL, with 10 BI, i think its totally reasonable. I think hypers you haver to put tremendous volume in order to see net + results, since its essentially coin flip at its best

You say you've been "grinding for a long time", what do you have the most experience in? 

I'd argue that hypers and most MTTs are too high of variance to successfully build up from a $100.00 bankroll, but if you are confident in your game and can stay patient maybe give the 180s a shot.  Hustla mentioned that you have 40BI for the $2.50 180s on stars and this is definitely a route to consider.

As far as grinding cash games you could consider starting at 5NL.  With your previous experience you should be able to grind out a steady win rate, plus you have the benefit of starting with 20BI, which should be substantial given you run at least decent, and don't have major leaks in your game.  Just play ABC poker and take some shots at 10NL around $150 - $200.

Honestly you should sit down and map out goals for yourself.  How many hands do you think you can play each week?  What is an honest ROI or win rate you can achieve?  I would suggest sticking to what you know at first, and if you want to get into STTs and MTTs learn the dynamics of the games.

Lastly, you may consider an essential membership here.  At $9.99/month I think it's a great deal to have access to videos, and learn some thought processes behind the decisions.

I was kinda feeling the same about mtts though seems too risky , wanted to hear more about the hypers and thelove_below kinda reinforced my thoughts on those, so I guess its 10 buy ins  at 10 nl since that is the lowest cahs stakes on the site I play on ty all

Depends on your skills.
If you can easily beat the game, play 10NL cash.

SNGs are a lot softer, though.

deposited $23 on 888 gonna try run it up playing 1/2 nl with aggro brm for first few levels.. I expect there will be a little more loose change then on stars with the free $8 promo going on
