i think this player raises jj from whaty i have on him he either has 22 or draws but i block some and i didnt like to call 2x but his all in looks like he has a draw

Checking flop is best here, especially 3 handed. If I was to bet, it would be for like 1/4 pot. I don't think CO always 3b QQ-JJ here, so I think you have to consider them to be in his range. He has AQs, AQo, KQ, QJs, AJs, A10s maybe. Once he raises, especially this large, I think you can find a fold on the flop to be honest. As played, turn fold is good. You need 37% here and combining his value range and bluff range you won't be getting anywhere near those odds.
Check this flop as OOP. As played call OTF is good.
OTT you hold the Kc which is very bad to bluff catch with as it removes some of his draws [KT, Kcxc. In equilibrium this hand would likely be mixed leaning towards fold so folding is almost certainly the best option unless you have a read that player is a spazz.
