I take an unorthodox line vs 2 loose opponents

BB: $366.90
UTG: $711.95
HJ: $203.50
CO: $81.15
BN: $212.90
SB: $233.80 (Hero)
Rush Poker.
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A Q
UTG raises to $7, HJ folds, CO folds, BN folds, Hero raises to $23, BB calls $21, UTG calls $16
UTG looks like a recreational player. BB is very loose aggressive 39/31/22.1 3 bet and 7.4 aggression factor.
Flop ($70.00) Q 2 9 (3 Players)
Hero checks, BB bets $35, UTG calls $35, Hero calls $35
Obviously the default play is to bet here and there is nothing wrong with that but it can make the turn a little bit awkward. With the stabby / aggro player in the middle I feel checking might give me some cheap info on UTG's hand and allow me to c/r the flop all in if I want. When both players continue I decide to c/c and shove on a blank turn instead.
Turn ($175.00) Q 2 9 6 (3 Players)
Hero bets $175.80, and is all in
This is not a play I ever really use so I'm looking for some feedback on how this compares to a flop c/r all in or bet / bet bet line.

Ya I was thinking the same thing. I think the check is a pretty decent idea esp as that board tends to really favor calling ranges which you have 2 to deal with so I m checking with bricks here a lot. I really don t get why you d lead the turn rather then c/r. I mean if anything whats your range for doing this? Why is it better then crai or c/c turn? Seems that your range is going to be pretty face up at the least and your not really going to trick anyone thinking somewhat clearly.

UTG is a fish not a competent player, he's probably going to stack off now if he has a draw and he's probably going to stack off on the turn as well. On a turn blank our equity improves tremendously. Also worth mentioning that if he hits a flush he might make some sort of fishy small "value bet" where we lose way less money than if we jammed it all in on the flop and he hits his draw. Like I said before this isn't a play that I ever really use, just something I thought to try in game.

I think you likely want to CRAI on the flop as while your equity does improve on a blank turn I think you're more liable to make a decent sized mistake being 1st to act and you'd rather just realise your equity on the flop. Once you get to the turn with a check call your hand is, as WM2K stated, pretty face up and lets you're opponents play well against your narrow range.
Thinking about it I like a flop check raise here w/AQ better than I like firing out a cbet both for balance and playability.
