I am scared, very scared in the blinds

I didn't really know where to post this, but this seems appropriate since I play small stakes.
My blind winrate always has been bad, my wwsf has been terrible (42), my red line tanking way too much (asked good players, they all agreed) compared to blue line, my fold to cbet way too high (both IP and OOP). Basically, I give too much respect when wide ranges are involved. Atleast, that is my conclusion after watching a lot of videos about database analysis, watching other videos, asking other players, analyzing my database, and so on.
I watch videos, make notes, I try to practise mindfulness at the tables, but there is just no improvement. Basically I am asking for any advice how I can improve my game in this area. It is a really big leak I have, and if I don't fix it, I will always be this break even/marginal winning regular at small stakes, and that is not my plan. Should I take coaching? Or maybe analyze hands in CREV where I can ''prove'' myself what I have to defend with? Please help me. Thanks
