HU 400NL - 2pair facing turn aggression

SB: $525.50 (Hero)
BB: $473.10
So I jumped back into playing some NLHE after a long stretch of playing PLO exclusively. My feel for the game definitely deteriorated over this time so I'll probably be posting a bunch of hands in the near future.

Playing on Bovada so no real reads other than the 60 hands we've played up to this point.

Looking back in PT4 he was playing 64/31/10 and I was playing 86/76/43 (VPIP, PFR, 3B)
Preflop ($6.00) (2 Players)
Hero was dealt Q K
Hero raises to $8, BB raises to $28, Hero calls $20
This may have been the first or second hand he 3-bet. Not sure if this should be a 4-bet so I opted to call having position on him. Thoughts?
Flop ($62.00) 9 A Q (2 Players)
BB bets $44, Hero calls $44
Standard...
Turn ($150.00) 9 A Q K (2 Players)
BB bets $108

I feel like this is somewhat of a turning point. My range should look pretty strong on this board after calling on the flop so it somewhat surprised me to see if barreling. Like I said, i've been out of it for awhile so I find these spots a little troublesome.

I figure my options at this point are:

1) Fold turn

2) Call turn. What do I do if he jams on a brick river? Should I be jamming if he checks?

3) Raise turn. What do I do if he comes over the top? How should I proceed on the river?

I would love any input on the play up to this point and/or how I should proceed. Thanks.
